Last night we came back to Glasgow in a hurry, not keen to stay in Dundee another minute, so this morning we went to Sleazey's for breakfast, not just because it's warm and the bar maids are pretty and the duke box plays a healthy amount of Scottish indie music, but because the guy from Aereogramme cooks a healthy fare of home made dishes. I had a double order of French Toast and almost immediately regretted it. But then, with an hour left in Scotland, I went off in search of a Scottish Flag sticker for my laptop and bought a suit from Cancer Research aswell. Here we are by the van, about to go to Carlisle to play the fourth and final show. Pauley and Greg both work at the venue, the Brickyard, and so do all their friends, so, with the warm up of the previous shows, we had all the makings for a good gig. The PA was massive and the sound guy was good and I played OK apart from Bush, which we had to restart three times. Generally, it was a great end to a mini tour, and we got back in my car with smiles on our tired faces.
